Looking out for someone matters.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. Being there, asking, and helping them reach support is enough.

  1. Ask.

“I’ve noticed you haven’t seemed yourself. How are you going?”

  2. Listen.

Don’t rush to fix it. Let them talk.

  3. Encourage help.

Sit with them while they call, or go with them to a GP or the nearest hospital.

  4. Look after you.

Supporting someone is heavy. Lifeline can talk with you too.
